Booking Conditions

Your contract is with Villa Mauritius Ltd.

All the accommodation on this web site is sold subject to the following conditions.

1. BOOKING CONDITIONS
A. Booking and Payment
You can only book these villas direct with Villa Mauritius Ltd. Once a booking is made the party leader must complete and sign a Booking Form accepting on behalf of all parties the terms of these booking conditions and pay the full amount due. For booking made within 4 weeks of arrival, the full payment must be made immediately.

B. Cancellation by client
In the event that you wish to cancel your villa reservation, the following charges will apply:-

(i) Outside four weeks from arrival date: you will forfeit your booking deposit or 10% of your rental cost if full payment has been made.
(ii) Between two and four weeks from arrival date: you will forfeit 50% of your villa rental cost.
(iii) Within two weeks of rental commencement: you will forfeit 100% of your villa rental cost.

Once your holiday has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your holiday will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you.

C.Contract
Your booking is considered definite and a contract will exist between you and Villa Mauritius Ltd only when the booking form and payment have been received and a confirmation invoice sent to you. No contract will exist between us prior to Villa Mauritius issuing the confirmation invoice.

2. VILLA PRICES
Price quoted is for self catering accommodation only and includes VAT. Flights are not included. Transfers to and from the airport are not included in the price quoted.

Additional services are available at an extra cost. These include transfers, a maid service, cooks, extra bed, babysitters, chauffeurs, taxi services, excursions, tours and business services. Additional information will be provided on request.

3. FEATURES
Features of our villas/apartements printed in the brochure are correct at time of printing. They may, however, vary slightly.

4. AMENDMENTS BY YOU
If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change any part of your holiday arrangement, or to change your departure date, we will do our utmost to make the changes, provided that notification is received in writing at out offices from the person who signed the booking form. Additional holiday costs will have to be paid for.

5. AMMEDMENTS BY US
It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday, However, occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g. accommodation.), which we reserve the right to make at any time. Changes are normally minor (such as suspension of holiday activities) and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If your accommodation has to be changed we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar or higher grade. You will have the choice to accept the alternative accommodation with us or cancel your booking and receive a full refund. If you choice another holiday that is more expensive you must pay the difference, but if it cheaper we will make the appropriate refund.

6. WEB SITE
The description and information contained in this web site are based upon the latest information available at the time of publication. However, changes may occur as villas are always updating facilities, but when material changes are made, we well inform you as soon as possible.

7. OUR LIABLITITY TO YOU
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the holiday that you book with us is supplied a described on the web site and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

Villa Mauritius, its employees or agents shall not be liable for any damage, loss ,death or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay.

8. COMPLAINS
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform our representative in Mauritius in the first instance, who will endeavor to put things right. If your complaint can not be resolved locally, you must complete a report form, which can be obtained from our local representative. A copy of which will be forwarded to us. Please follow this up within 14 days of your return home by writing to Villa Mauritius Ltd. It is therefore, a condition of this contract that you communicate any problems to our local representative whilst on the resort and obtain a written report from and write promptly to us within 14 days of your return. If you fail to follow this procedure, we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.

9. Flights
Flights are not included as such we accept no responsibility for delays or changes made by airlines

10. Breakages
Although deposits are not required to cover breakages. All breakages will have to be paid for before you leave the villa.

11.Should the need arise, Pink Pigeons Mauritius reserves a right of access to your villa at reasonable notice.
